My sense of self-worth used to be tied to my job performance and I found I’d get frustrated and anxious if things weren’t going according to plan (even if it was beyond my control). I learned a lot about what really matters to me out there and I think I’m a more confident, balanced person because of that.

We started Hence with a mission to create something meaningful. The team is built and driven to seek, learn, and help tell the stories of those doing difficult things and experiencing the natural environment around them.

Only Solutions: Purpose

While we can bury our angst in powder days and physical suffering, when injury or age brings us down we are often unfit to deal with the ensuing depression. A steady diet of meaning and self reflection is just another form of preventative self care.
